Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by EnerWeb Designs, including but not limited to website creation, design consultation, and optional add-ons (Energy Design, Branding, Training & Support, etc.).

2. Booking & Payment

• All packages and add-ons must be paid in full before the design process begins.

• WIX subscription, domain registration, and third-party tools are not included unless explicitly booked as an add-on.

• Upon booking, clients receive a PDF intake form. The completed form must be returned prior to the initial call.

3. Content Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for delivering all required content (text, images, branding materials) in a structured and usable format.

• If content is not provided in time, the project timeline may shift accordingly.

• Content creation support (copywriting, structure guidance) can be booked separately.

4. Revisions & Feedback

For each package we offer one revision round 

Additional revisions are available upon request at the hourly rate of CHF 150.

Revision rounds include:

• Structural/layout adjustments

• Text/image placement

• Minor color/font tweaks

They do not include:

• Full redesigns

• Major conceptual changes after approval of the layout

5. Timeline & Delays

• A project timeline will be agreed upon after the intake call.

• Delays caused by missing content or lack of feedback are not the responsibility of EnerWeb Designs.

• If a client does not respond for more than 21 days, the project will be paused. After 45 days, it may be considered closed unless otherwise agreed.

6. Satisfaction & Refunds

• We aim to deliver high-quality, personalized websites tailored to your needs.

• Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be issued once the project has started.

• If a client is unsatisfied, we will aim to resolve this within the agreed number of revision rounds.

7. Intellectual Property & Credits

• The final website is the intellectual property of the client once paid in full.

• EnerWeb Designs reserves the right to feature anonymized screenshots of finished work in its portfolio.

• Use of third-party images or assets must be properly licensed by the client.

8. Technical Requirements

• The client is responsible for maintaining an active WIX subscription and domain.

• We are not liable for outages or performance issues related to external service providers.

9. Support After Launch

• Basic training is included in each package.

• Additional support or training can be booked through our Support Packages.

10. Energy Design Disclaimer

• Energy Design is an optional service. While many clients report positive outcomes, it is not a guarantee for business success or financial gain.
